Changing the device batteries does not help. Precision 5530 and TB16 dock - mouse and keyboard freeze. Since these work off one dongle they may be grouped in one or the other option. The problem has occurred on multiple computers at different times and when it occurs it is a consistent issue (not intermittent like interference from a microwave). There will be an option for Keyboards and a separate option for Mice.
